RETURN POLICY

Given the bespoke nature of each hat, Original Trucker does not typically offer returns or refunds.

If your hat doesn't match your order, we may authorize a return at our discretion. In such a case, it's your responsibility to arrange the return of the items within a 30-day period to be eligible under this policy.

Original Trucker isn't liable for any items lost in transit during the return process.

All returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact. If the returned item fails to meet these criteria, it won't be covered under this policy.

REPLACEMENTS ONLY

Once we receive the returned item, Original Trucker will inspect it and decide, at our discretion, whether a replacement is the most suitable solution.

Customers must understand and accept that due to the unique customization of each item, Original Trucker cannot offer refunds.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The process of artwork conversion and setup commences immediately after orders are placed. If an order has not been sent to production, orders can be canceled within 72 hours of being placed, and canceled orders may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee to cover the time and resources invested in processing the order.
