Is there a minimum order?
No, there's no minimum order requirement. Order as many or as few hats as you wish.

Are the hats shown on the website all that's available?
Our ordering page showcases our standard offerings. However, if you're planning a large order of 72+ hats and require something not currently available on our website, we may be able to help. How long until I receive my hat?
The timeline for crafting and delivering your hat depends on several factors, including the complexity of your design and current order volumes. Typically, it takes between 14-21 business days from proof approval to receipt. However, we always aim to complete orders as swiftly as possible without compromising on quality.

When do you start making my order?
The creation of your order commences once your order has been successfully placed and paid for.

What's my role in the customization process?
To ensure you're thrilled with the final product, we provide digital visuals of your personalized design. These previews are sent to you for review and approval before we start the production process. This way, you can make any necessary tweaks to the design.

Do you implement quality control?
Absolutely! We perform a detailed quality check before each order. We stitch-test every design internally to confirm it meets our high standards. We ensure every hat we create is of superior quality before it's shipped to you.

How do I reorder the same design?
To reorder using the same artwork, simply click HERE to access your customer portal. All previous orders are listed there, and you can easily reorder with one click. Set up your account HERE if needed.

What if my hat doesn't meet the quality standards?
In the unlikely event that a hat doesn't meet our quality expectations, it won't leave our facility. We'll resolve any issues and ensure your hat meets our exacting standards. Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal.

What are the shipping options?
